• Free demo is provided before onboarding
• Customization depends on business requirements
• No advance payment is required unless agreed separately

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the system legally and ethically
• Keep your login credentials secure

4. Subscription & Payments

• Pricing details are shared after requirement analysis
• Payments, if applicable, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

5. Support

• 2 months of free onboarding support is included
• Ongoing support may require a support plan

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and branding are the property of BillTrix.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

BillTrix is not responsible for:

• Business losses
• Data loss due to user error
• Third-party service failures

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
